Charitable objects
THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED: (1) TO PROMOTE FLORICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO LIVE IN OR VISIT LONDON PARTICULARLY BY RUNNING COMPETITIONS, WHICH ENCOURAGES THE PROVISION OF DISPLAYS OF FLOWERS, SHRUBS, TREES AND LANDSCAPES IN PLACES VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC; (2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY SCHOOL CHILDREN, IN ALL OR ANY SUBJECTS CONCERNING ECOLOGICAL SUSTAINABILITY AND NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION; (3) TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PEOPLE IN LONDON BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE USE OF LAND THROUGH ALL FORMS OF HORTICULTURE AND GARDENINGNG
