Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE FUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
(A) TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED, POVERTY AND DISTRESS (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE SIKH CULTURE AND PHILOSOPHY AND BY RESEARCHING HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES.
