(A) IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING THE PROVISION AT THE SCHOOL OF SUCH SPECIAL BENEFIT OF A KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE MANAGERS OF THE SCHOOL AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
(B) IN PROMOTING IN SUCH WAYS AS THEY THINK FIT THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL
