TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE MANAGEMENT OF WATER AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, CONSERVATION, REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT AND IN THE UNDERSTANDING OF RIVERS, THEIR BASINS AND ECOLOGY.
