(A) THE RELIEF OF NEED HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS PARTICULARLY AMONGST THOSE RESIDENTS OF SUB-SAHARA AFRICA SUFFERING FROM HIV, AIDS AND RELATED CONDITIONS (INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND OTHER SERIOUS ILLNESS) AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS. (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO HIV/AIDS AND RELATED CONDITIONS (INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND OTHER SERIOUS ILLNESSES). (C) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT AND INFORMATION IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO HIV/AIDS AND RELATED CONDITIONS (INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND OTHER SERIOUS ILLNESSES) (D) FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF PERSONS WHO ARE FROM SUB-SAHARA AFRICA OR WHO ARE OF SUB-SAHARA AFRICAN DESCENT AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN OR ARE INTENDING TO RESIDE IN UNITED KINGDOM BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH ADVISE, SUPPORT AND INFORMATION IN MATTERS SUCH AS ASYLUM, IMMIGRATION, EMPLOYMENT, DISABILITY AND OTHER WELFARE BENEFITS.
