(1) EMPOWER AFRICAN CARIBBEAN FAMILIES BY DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THAT COMMUNITY (THUS ENABLING THEM TO BETTER IDENTIFY AND MEET THEIR NEEDS) BY DEVELOPING CREATIVE ARTS AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS WHICH WILL ENHANCE THEIR LIVES AND ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY (2) PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING TO ENABLE AFRICAN CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY BY PROMOTING POSITIVE IMAGES OF AFRICAN CARIBBEAN CHILDREN AND FAMILIES (IMPROVING THE SELF ESTEEM OF BLACK CHILDREN AND FAMILIES) (4) PROVIDE POSITIVE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES FOR CARIBBEAN FAMILIES
