THE COMPANIES OBJECTS ARE:- (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION (2) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS (3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELFARE (4) OTHER PURPOSES (PROVIDED THAT THEY ARE ALSO CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY IN ANY COUNTRY OR JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE CATENIAN ASSOCIATION IS NOW OR SHALL HEREAFTER BE ACTIVE.
