THE FRIENDS IS ESTABLISHED TO BEAUTIFY AND ASSIST IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE PARISH CHURCHES OF LEEDS AND BROOMFIELD IN THE DIOCESE OF CANTERBURY (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCHES") AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THEM AS PLACES OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP
