THE FURTHERANCE AND PROMOTION OF SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MAY IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT RESTRICTION) THE RELIEF OF NEED OR POVERTY OR DISTRESS OR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION.
