Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS"):
THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF CHILDREN IN KENYA (THE "AREA OF BENEFIT"), IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE UTUGI CHILDREN'S CENTRE, WHICH IS IN THE KIRINYAGA DIOCESE.
