THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN THE DEVON AND CORNWALL AREA ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF LIFE BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE ON PROPER AND ACCURATE REPORTING OF ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS AND BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED FROM STATUTORY FUNDS.
