Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE: (A) TO FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF ANY PERSON BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 AND 65 WHO HAVE A DISABILITY, WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, IN RIPON AND DISTRICT. (B) TO PROMOTE AN UNDERSTANDING OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY AND THE BENEFITS TO BOTH DISABLED PEOPLE AND ALSO PARENTS AND CARERS. (C) PROMOTE AND ARRANGE A PROGRAMME OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN CONSULTATION WITH THE GROUP AND ARRANGE ACCESS TO IT WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO THE RURAL AREAS OF THE DISTRICT.
