1) TO PROVIDE CARE AND SHELTER FOR ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND PROTECTION BY REASON OF THEIR SICKNESS, NEGLECT OR MALNUTRITION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING A HOME FOR STRAY ANIMALS IN GLOUCESTERSHIRE AND FINDING PERMANENT HOMES FOR UNWANTED DOMESTIC ANIMALS.
2) TO ENCOURAGE GOOD PRACTICE IN THE CARE OF ANIMALS IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC.
