TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC INTEREST AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART OF JAZZ BY THE PRESENTATION OF PROFESSIONAL CONCERTS. ADDITIONALLY THE CLUB WILL CHARITABLY PROMOTE AND SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL ENTERPRISES WHICH WILL FURTHER THE OBJECTS OF THE CLUB OUTLINED ABOVE.
