TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO ARE IN NEED IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND AID TO PROMOTE FORMAL EDUCATION AT SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES.
