Charitable objects
THE LIPHOOK MILLENNIUM HALL TOGETHER WITH SUCH OTHER PROPERTY AS MAY BE ACQUIRED BY THE TRUSTEES (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "TRUST PROPERTY") SHALL BE HELD IN TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF BRAMSHOTT AND LIPHOOK IN THE COUNTY OF HAMPSHIRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED "AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS. THE LIPHOOK MILLENNIUM HALL WILL BE USED FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
