TO ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE AND FOSTER INTEREST, EDUCATION, STUDY, DEVELOPMENT AND PARTICIPATION IN THE ART OF MUSIC AND MUSIC MAKING IN ALL ITS ASPECTS INVOLVING DOUBLE REED WOODWIND INSTRUMENTS PARTICULARLY THOSE OF THE OBOE AND BASSOON FAMILIES.
