(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS ASSOCIATED WITH HIV/AIDS AND OTHER SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES AND THE EFFECTS THEREOF.
