EYP is a neighbourhood-based youth project in Burngreave, Sheffield. We aim to inspire young people to value themselves and others, improve their confidence and self-esteem and encourage them to reach their full potential. We have 3 strands of work: general youth work, dealing with conflict and health& well-being work.

Charitable objects
1) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER STATUTORY, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER BODIES AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO RELIEVE POVERTY, ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION, AND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE INHABITANTS' CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 2 A) "THE AREA OF BENEFIT" MEANS THE BURNGREAVE WARD OF THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD AND PARTICULARLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) THE ELLESMERE DISTRICT OF THE WARD; 2 B) "THE INHABITANTS" MEANS THOSE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND PRIMARILY IN THE AGE RANGE 10 TO 18 YEARS AND WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AND POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, ARE IN NEED.
