Charitable objects
(A) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN THE BOROUGH OF READING WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF AN ADVICE AND RESOURCE CENTRE;
(B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BOROUGH OF READING;
(C) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR SUCH INHABITANTS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
