THE LAND SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST TO PERMIT THE SAME TO BE APPROPRIATED AND USED AS A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE URBAN DISTRICT OF CHESTER-LE-STREET, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND IN PARTICULAR TO BE USED FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND TRAINING AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
