TO ADVANCE THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PEOPLE WHO, THROUGH THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, ARE DEPRIVED OF SUCH SERVICES IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY BE BETTER QUALIFIED TO FIND EMPLOYMENT OR TO EARN A LIVING. 2. TO RELIEVE POVERTY, DISTRESS, AND SUFFERING IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
