FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE PARISH OF BRILL IN THE COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM SHIRE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE AREA OF BENEFIT):- 1.TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY IN THE GEOGRAPHY, HISTORY, NATURAL HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT; 2.TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; 3.TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN OR AFFECTING THE AREA OF BENEFIT; 4.TO OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE CHARITY THROUGH ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
