TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE BLIND OR WHO HAVE A VISUAL IMPAIRMENT, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING WITH THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH A VISUAL IMPAIRMENT, BY SUPPORTING THOSE WHO WISH TO UNDERTAKE TRAINING COURSES, AND BY PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
