The object of the charity is, first and foremost, to serve the students from the Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulle and their families by helping with school fees payments, financing school trips, and supporting children with Special Educational Needs SEN. Should the opportunity arise, it can also financially support projects that benefit the entire school community.

Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME TO APPLY THEM IN ORDER TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF THE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF ANY CHILD ATTENDING THE LYCÉE FRANÇAIS CHARLES DE GAULLE IN LONDON (THE “LYCÉE”) AND/OR TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS OF THE LYCÉE, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) PAYMENT OF ALL OR ANY PART OF THE SCHOOL FEES OF SUCH CHILD OR PAYMENT FOR OR TOWARDS FIELD TRIPS, SCHOOL LUNCHES, COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS, BOOKS AND ANY OTHER GOODS OR SERVICES USED BY SUCH CHILD IN ATTENDING SCHOOL; AND B) ORGANISING AND ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES, EVENTS OR PROJECTS WHICH SUPPORT THE LYCÉE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF ITS PUPILS, THEREBY PROMOTING THE CONTINUED BENEFICIAL ATTENDANCE AND EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT THE LYCÉE (THE “OBJECTS”).
