IN THE TOWN OF ZASLAVL AND ITS SURROUNDING REGION IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT"): 2.1 THE RELIEF OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE SUFFERING NEED HARDSHIP DISTRESS OR SICKNESS AS A RESULT OF RADIATION CONTAMINATION OR OTHER MANMADE DISASTER OR AS A RESULT OF NATURAL DISASTER OR WHO BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE 2.2 TH PROVISION OF RECUPERATIVE VISITS TO THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR CHILDREN SUFFERING THE DEBILITATING EFFECT OF GENERAL RADIATION CONTAMINATION 2.3 THE EDUCATION RELIEF AND REHABILITATION OF YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS ARE UNABLE TO FURTHER HEIR FORMAL EDUCATION BY PROVIDING FOR SUCH PERSONS SUCH EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AS WILL ENABLE THEM TO OBTAIN WORK EXPERIENCE AND ACQUIRE AND DEVELOP VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND WITH A VIES TO THE BUILDING OF CULTURAL LINKS BETWEEN SUCH PERSONS AND PEOPLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM THAT THE LIVES OF SUCH PERSONS MAY BE CHANGED AND IMPROVED 2.4 SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE FROM PUBLIC RATES AND TAXES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT 2.5 THE TRUSTEES MAY GRANT RELIEF TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT THROUGH THE AGENCY OF OTHER CHARITIES
