THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY ARE TO PURSUE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CLAREMONT AND TALBOT WARDS OF BLACKPOOL AND THEIR ENVIRONS, WITHOUT DISTINCTION ON THE GROUNDS OF GENDER, RACE, RELIGIOUS OR POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINION, AND IN PARTICULAR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AND THE PROVISION OF LEISURE AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE.
