FOR THE RELIEF OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND OTHERS WITH PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL DISABILITIES OR OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION AND RECREATION USING INDOOR SPORTS AND OUTDOOR ADVENTUROUS ACTIVITIES SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL DECIDE.
