TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN FROM 5 TO 17 YEARS OF AGE BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR PLAYING FOOTBALL AND THE PROVISION OF TRAINING TO BECOME REFEREES, UMPIRES, COACHES, AND LEADERS SO AS TO ENCOURAGE THE PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH CHILDREN.
