TLCT owns approximately 22 acres in Teston, which is on the northern slope of an attractive stretch of the Medway valley to the west of Maidstone. Three fields total approximately 17 acres, with one of the fields having some 500 yards of Medway riverbank. Income is generated from grazing and fishing. The remaining 5 acres is Ripton Farm. The Trustees are primarily the Parish Councillors of Teston.
