TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION BY PROVIDING AN ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP TO THE HEAD BOY AND HEAD GIRL OF THE SAID SCHOOL SUBJECT ALWAYS TO THE PROVISION THAT SUMS OF CASH AT ANY TIME BELONGING TO THE CHARITY AND NOT NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE WORKING PURPOSES SHALL BE INVESTED IN TRUST FOR THE CHARITY.
