THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE ADVANCEMENT AND PROMOTION OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY WITH REFERENCE TO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCIENCE AND THE ARTS.
