THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR SUCH OBJECTS (THE "OBJECTS") IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUBJECTS RELEVANT TO RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANCY.
