TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF HOUSING AND ANY ASSOCIATED AMENITIES FOR PERSONS IN THE AREA OF LINCOLN WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, AND WHO ARE OR HAVE SUFFERED FROM DRUG OR ALCOHOL MISUSE OR RELATED SUBSTANCES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY PERSONS WHO ARE HOMELESS, SINGLE MOTHER WITH BABIES/INFANTS, PERSONS SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION, RELEASED EX-PRISONERS AND PERSONS SLEEPING ON THE STREETS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION IN A CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENT.
