FOR THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSONS WHO LIVE AT THE DOVE COURT RESIDENTIAL AND NURSING HOME AT ALBERT STREET, KETTERING, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ITEMS AND FACILITIES FOR SUCH PERSONS AT DOVE COURT AND ELSEWHERE WHICH THE OWNERS OF DOVE COURT RESIDENTIAL AND NURSING HOME WOULD NOT BE STATUTORILY OBLIGED TO PROVIDE.
