Promote the benefit of people of Afrikan Diaspora, primarily (not exclusively) those resident in the North-East of England, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation or of political, religions or other opinions. Bring people together to develop cross cultural awareness and understanding to combat Anti-Afrikanism and other Prejudices. Offers re-educational services to young people globally.

Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE OF AFRICAN ETHNIC ORIGIN RESIDENT WITHIN THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND (REFERRED TO IN THIS DOCUMENT AS THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
