Charitable objects
THE MANAGING TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR WESTON TURVILLE CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL, AT WESTON TURVILLE AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE MANAGING TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THAT SCHOOL AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE SAID AUTHORITY.
