TO RELIEVE THE DISABILITY OF PRIMARILY BLACK AND ETHNIC MINORITY PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS. IN PARTICULAR THOSE LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM AND SURROUNDING AREAS TO FURTHER THEIR INDEPENDENCE AND FULL AND EQUAL PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY.
