(1) TO ASSIST, BY GRANT AID, DESERVING PERSONS WHOSE NEEDS COME TO THE NOTICE OF THE MAGISTRATES SITTING AT STRATFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT IN THE COURSE WORK; AND (11) TO FUND, BY WAY OF GRANT, GROUPS AND ORGANISATIONS OF A CHARITABLE NATURE WHOSE WORK CENTRES UPON ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE ALREADY, OR ARE LIKELY TO, COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE COURT E.G. ORGANISATIONS SUCH THOSE WORKING IN THE FIELDS OF PROBATION, YOUTH, DRUG MISUSE, MENTAL HEALTH AND VICTIM SUPPORT.
