TO ADVANCE THE ACADEMIC EDUCATION OF CHILDREN FROM THE AGE OF 3 TO 16 YEARS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF VARIOUS OUT OF SCHOOL EDUCATION SUPPORT/ACTIVITIES/PROJECTS INITIALLY RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HACKNEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND IN PARTICULAR SUCH CHILDREN WHO ARE OF AFRICAN-CARIBBEAN DESCENT OR WHO ARE FROM OTHER MINORITY ETHNIC GROUPS.
