TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR FOR SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED PEOPLE FROM NIGERIA AND THEIR FAMILIES, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, ETHNICITY, POLITICAL AFFILIATION, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION, BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND CIVIC AWARENESS AND INVOLVEMENT. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID PERSONS TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY THE BENEFICIARIES BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH FREE, CONFIDENTIAL AND IMPARTIAL ADVICE, INFORMATION, ASSISTANCE, REPRESENTATION, IN MATTERS SUCH AS DEBT, WELFARE RIGHTS, HOUSING, HEALTH, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT....PLY THE INCOME FOR OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND SHALL MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS, AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER, AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
