Charitable objects
1. THE TRUSTEES WILL PAY AND APPLY BOTH THE CAPITAL AND THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE SCOUTING MOVEMENT WITHIN 7 MILES OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT. 2. NO DISTINCTION SHALL IN THIS RESPECT BE MADE BETWEEN CAPITAL AND INCOME AND NO PART OF THE TRUST SHALL BE TREATED AS AN ENDOWMENT. 3. IF THE SCOUTING MOVEMENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL CEASE TO EXIST THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO BE APPLIED FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION.
