TO PROVIDE HOLIDAYS FOR CHILDREN LIVING LOCALLY (WHO MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS, GUARDIANS OR CARERS) WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE A HOLIDAY AND WHOSE CIRCUMSTANCES SHOW THAT THEY ARE IN NEED DUE TO THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES TO PROVIDE HOLIDAYS FOR OTHER MEMBERS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE A HOLIDAY AND WHOSE CIRCUMSTANCES SHOW THAT THEY ARE IN NEED DUE TO THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES
