Charitable objects
THE PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY DECLARES THAT THE PARISH COUNCIL AND ITS SUCCESSORS IN TITLE TO THE SAID LAND SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE SAID LAND UPON TRUST TO HOLD THE SAME AS A PLAYING FIELD OR RECREATION GROUND FOR THE USE OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN PERPETUITY.
