TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR EDUCATIONAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN ANY FIELD OF ENDEAVOUR WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT AND ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 IN BRENT TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS SO AS TO ASSIST THEM IN GROWING TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
