THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROVISION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SWANSEA AND TO OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.
