Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES WILL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF (SUBJECT ONLY TO ANY EXPRESS CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY ANY DONOR OR TESTATOR) UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE WHOLE THEREOF IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT TO OR FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS AND WHO ARE LIVING IN THE USE KINGDOM BY THE PROVISION TO SUCH PERSONS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING WITH THE AIM OF ASSISTING SUCH PERSONS TO BECOME EMPLOYABLE.
