THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SIVERDALE AND SURROUNDING AREAS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE SPORT OF BOWLING.
