Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION BY THE PROVISION OF THE FUNERAL AND BURIAL SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ISLAMIC TEACHINGS. TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF FUNERAL AND BURIAL SERVICES FOR THE PROPER DISPOSAL OF DECEASED PERSONS ACCORDING TO THEIR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS BY: (1) PROVIDING FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS OR OTHER RELEVANT ASSISTANCE, IN RESPECT OF A FUNERAL SERVICE AND/OR A BURIAL OF A DECEASED. MUSLIM OR NON MUSLIM RESIDENT WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE CITY OF MANCHESTER UPON REQUEST BY IMMEDIATE MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY OF THE DECEASED, OR KNOWN RELATIVES OF DECEASED, OR THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO SATISFY THE ASSOCIATION THAT THEY WERE RELATED TO THE DECEASED. (2) ASSISTING WITH FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS OR IN OTHER APPROPRIATE WAY/S UPON REQUEST BY IMMEDIATE MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY OF THE DECEASED OR KNOWN RELATIVES OF THE DECEASED OR THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO SATISFY THE ASSOCIATION THAT THEY WERE RELATED TO THE DECEASED IN THE TRANSFER OF THE BODY OF THE DECEASED TO THE CITY OF MANCHESTER IN THE EVENT OF THE DECEASED DYING OUTSIDE THE CITY OF MANCHESTER. (3) ARRANGING A FUNERAL SERVICE AND BURIAL FR ANY DECEASED MUSLIM WHO HAD NO KNOWN RELATIVES OR PERSONS KNOWN TO THE DECEASED WHILE ALIVE WHO WISH ARRANGE A FUNERAL SERVICE AND A BURIAL FOR THE DECEASED.
