Charitable objects
A) TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR PERSONS WITHIN THE TAMESIDE AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHO HAVE OR ARE RECOVERING FROM A PHYSICAL DISABILITY MENTAL ILLNESS EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS ANXIETY DEPRESSION OR RELATED SYMPTOMS AND B) TO EDUCATE PERSONS WITHIN TAMESIDE AND SURROUNDING AREAS WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO EMOTIONAL PHYSICAL AND SEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS ENCOURAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ENRICHING PERSONAL AND FAMILY LIFE BY THE PROVISION OF A COUNSELLING AND ADVISORY SERVICE TO BE SUPPLIED BY QUALIFIED COUNSELLORS HOLDING EITHER A CERTIFICATE IN COUNSELLING ENTERING INTO A COUNSELLING RELATIONSHIP WITH INDIVIDUALS COMPLYING WITH THE BRITISH ASSOCIATION FOR COUNSELLING CODE OF ETHICS AND PRACTICE FOR COUNSELLORS AND UNDERGOING REGULAR COUNSELLING SUPERVISION OR CONSULTATIVE SUPPORT
